We have contacted next step shelter and they are ready for our donation yet we still have not got the green light. Its all just a matter of time I guess. Before we can help out, just have to be patient.

We still are waiting for the response of our VP. Our project in idea would collect a lot of goods through our class. Representing our school well, and allowing them to realize their importance in the community. How by taking action the actually impact others.
We have decided to change our project due to no response of our pookumu. We will now connect cans, and bottles to recycle for money. This to us will be two birds with one stone, because not only our we saving our environment but we are also giving the proceeds to next step shelter. This money will be used to provide homes and essentials for life. This will be way more attainable and we can spread awareness in our community rather than just our school alone.
We have started on our idea of collecting good for the less fortunate we have yet to receive a response from our VP, kumu Brafith on the green light to collect goods from our fellow classmates. If we are allowed to act through our school the amount of items collected will hopefully be high so we have to figure for transportation, but other than that we're looking pretty solid
