Mine craft building is a very easy process for me since I have experience with the game, but there's a process that I came up with for building houses in Minecraft. For building houses I like to start with the flooding of the house. So, I dig up the diameter of the house and fill it with the block that I want to be my ground. Then I build the walls of the house, but leave a single space for the door. After the wall is completed I start on my roof. Lastly, after the roof is done I go outside to start on the porch. That's pretty much how i make my houses.
Now for the water. This is very easy to build. All that is needed to a bucket of water. First you want to dig out the space of area where you would like to put your water. After that is done you put your water inside and that is it. You've made your water, pond, or ocean.

I didn't have any troubles with the technological part of this game because I had already played this game. I didn't need any assistance from anyone or with anything. The only problem that I had was using my creativity to come up with how to build the houses, how to make my coastline, and how to make a dock. There was no problem besides the creativity aspect.
ACTION PLANWeek 1: Make the bay/coast. Have the visitors of my world map out the coast (draw the outline of coast).
Week 2: Start making the small settlements for the colonizers, tp’s for the native americans, and New France. Have the visitors put flags down of each territory so that they know which territory is which. New France Flag for New France Territory and Native American flag for Native American territory. Week 3: Make the rivers and great and lakes. Have the visitors look at a picture of the great lakes and my lake. Then, I will have the visitors label each lake. Also, just for fun, have the visitors make a boat and go fishing. Week 4: Make a Town and Samuel De Champlain as mayor. Have the visitors explore the town and find Mayor Samuel (scavenger hunt) |
