Value Systems
It can be argued that the character traits of a leader can affect the value systems of a group of people. For instance, an inspiring leader can influence peopleʻs moods, the ways that they think, and the things that they do. An example of a good leader is Ke Aliʻi Bernice Pauahi Bishop, she affects the way that the Hawaiian people think to this day. She created an all Hawaiian school so that the up and coming generations are influenced from a Native Hawaiian standpoint. From this, it can be inferred that Pauahi was a leader that cared for her people and her actions and decisions affect the people of Hawaiʻi still to this day. From this, it can be concluded that leaders are inspirational people that have power that can either uplift their people or ruin them.

It is vital that leaders have techniques, things to offer, and a trustable personality, to persuade the people of their communities. For example, if a leader, doesnʻt have these three things, there is no way that they will be able to persuade their community of people. This evidence shows that these are critical traits for a leader to have good leadership traits such as the three that I shared.

It can be argued that the land can be used by a group leader in the middle ages in many ways. For example, in the middle ages most land would be owned by kings and they would lend it to people for service. It started at the top with the king granting his land to a baron for soldiers all the way down to a peasant getting land to grow crops. This would very much be impacted by a leader's character traits as different leaders would look at people differently and use what they own in a different manner. For instance a leader who only cares for people like him would never lend land to someone lower than himself. This shows that leadership character traits could impact how land is used in the middle ages.

Sources suggest that land would be used by a group leader in the middle ages in many ways. In the early Middle Ages, the ultimate owner of all land was the King. He allocated land to his barons in return for their military service. For example, sometimes a ruler or lord would offer fighters a unit of land to control in exchange for military service. It is clear from this that land can be used by a group leader in the middle ages in many ways.

Geography impacts the resources or land a group controls by making it possible for them to adapt and evolve in their land. According to a video about human evolution, We evolved from the first hominids 200,000 to 300,000 years ago and developed language about 50,000 years ago. From this we have adapted to being able to communicate, survive with the necessary resources, and expand tremendously in different parts of the world. For example, the hominids relied on agriculture for planting crops and being well fed. They didn’t have modern stoves and other cooking tools to make fancy food. It was mostly fruits and vegetables that they ate. John, J. S. (2011, December 18). Over the years, wars started happening because one country wanted something that the other one wanted. An example of this would be Iraq which was very high in oil amounts compared to the United States. The United States needed oil for cars and other heavy machinery. They would go to war just because of resources. Geography has evolved significantly over time. Best, P. (2022, March 6). It is vital to understand that each and every adaptation was different than the last in every civilization due to vast amount of leadership shown throughout history. They were all able to utilize their natural selection for things such as roles to ensure society could thrive most particularly came from the selection of a bright and upcoming leader. They valued their beliefs and what they do upon every day that was lived. With their agricultural skills, they could truly become a great nation by making new technology and also become a great nation through the power of trade and their way of managing resoucrces. Overall there was a great effort given by most civilizations that caused growth. Birmingham, J. J., Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, Cristina Mitaritonna, CEPII, Sami Bensassi, University of. (n.d.). It can be argued that each nation used different traits and built upon the land better than their predecesors and was most prominently the case when the leader was a strong one. Although there may have been cases like in africa where they lacked a type of material, they were able to overcome the odds by advancing in other materials being able to obtain what they did not have through the power of trading. When a kingdom evolves they use what was already handed to them and they would build upon that just like the Egyptians and their everlasting goal of reaching the top. As the 3 big countries demonstrated by creating the treaty of versailles, there was a gap between all other civilizations in way that made the other lands not gain as much wealth but that it would only be something that benefited that of the big 3. It is vital that within a society the main things that keep it from falling over is its leader and the way that they are able to use what they have to gain more for the people in hopes of making the society a better place.
