For our Planet 911 project from 2nd quarter, my group consisted of Leo, Chancen, Kassidie, and myself and our topic was sea level rising. The slogan of our video was basically we should care for and look after our planet because there is no Planet B. The experience of collaborating with my peers on this project was a good experience, we all shared ideas on what we think would best fit into and work for our project. We submitted it to Planet911 though our video was over the allotted time that was allowed. Iʻd probably cut the video down to make it fit into the requirements and work on being a bit more enthusiastic during the voiceover portion of our project

My Planet 911 project from 2nd quarter included Kiai, Mailani, and Travis and our PSA was about Hawaiʻis economy and how it has struggled since the pandemic. Our slogan was "Worth seeing? Yes; but not worth going to see” and it technically states that although Hawaiʻi is a beautiful pace to visit, is it really a good time to see amidst a worldwide pandemic? The experience of working throughout this project was fun. From some of many activist saving weekly presentations to us showing their side and their daily lives were so interesting. We also made a lot of progress when it came to the film video and completed the assignment. Unfortunately it did not get submitted to the Planet 911 competition because our video was just a little to long. The only way I believe I could improve this would be by getting a better quality video out. Since, we had to upload everything to the person doing the movie the quality shifted from amazing to alright.

My Planet 911 project was a group that consists of Mailani, Kiai, and Jaren. Our PSA was about Hawaiʻis economy and the problems we had during the pandemic. The slogan that we used was “Worth seeing? Yes; but not worth going to see” what is meant by this slogan is that Hawaiʻi is a beautiful place but at the same time we are also saying donʻt bring that disease here. A way that our project could have been made better was if we could have had more videos so that our overall video would look really good.
