The skills and content that we had learned in World HIstory were interesting and valuable. Learning the skills that we had picked up in the class we can apply it to much more than just social studies. World history has taught us how to write in the PEEL format which can be applied to English and other subjects where you would need to write an essay or analysis on. We had also learned how to photoshop which is a very useful skill that can be applied to many jobs later down the line.
The best thing that I liked about the class though was learning how to photoshop since it can be applied to many different things in life. Whether it be making a wallpaper for your laptop or putting together a big poster for sporting events, photoshop has many uses and is a very fun application to use. The most interesting topics that we have learned about this year in my opinion is the silk road and the many trade routes that it had to connect people together. The silk road was a very interesting topic since we obviously had the transportation of goods along it, but then we also had the transportation of diseases as well, with so many different people being connected because of the trade route there was also the spread of many different diseases as well. The Kahiau project connects to the current problems of today's society and history because we learn from history and with the Kahiau project we look at ways as to how we can apply the skills that we learned, the Kahiau project is where we look at current problems and try to provide solutions and apply the skills and knowledge that we have learned from world history to correct the problem. <div style="padding:75% 0 0 0;position:relative;"><iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/704019947?h=9a22804296&badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;" title="Movie on 4-27-22 at 8.31 PM.mov"></iframe></div><script src="https://player.vimeo.com/api/player.js"></script>
