The Industrial Age and the Revolutions that occur because of it directly influence UN Sustainability Goal #13 because the technologies invented because of the use of steam, and coal, etc. These technologies helped advance other tech to where it is today. The use of coal and steam makes greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and well, steam. These things pollute the ozone layer and if we never discovered this stuff the ozone layer would be normal. But after more advancements made on steam engines, etc. We made inventions that made even more pollution.

The Silk Road had direct influence over the progression of UN Sustainability Goal #13, Climate Action. The reason is because The Silk Road made connections all over the Eurasian continent. Helping countries learn from one another and developing new technologies. As a result of technological innovation we are killing the Earth. Iʻm not saying that it is The Silk Road's fault, Iʻm just saying that it expedited the process. Climate Change is how humans and their tech, have released green house gases into the atmosphere, killing the ozone layer, and trapping in heat. Now it wouldnʻt really make much of a difference to send up a bit of smoke right? Well, after many decades of pollutions from energy plants, machines, etc. The Earth doesnʻt think so. The Silk Road helped with the evolution of Human tech. It helped us get more technology. But more technology means more power. Which made us make nuclear power plants that are VERY hazardous Mark, J.
