What is the most important connection between World History and current event advocacy? The most important connection between World History and current event advocacy would be learning the past and what comes in the future. I would say this because in order to learn and develop we have to know the past whether it was good or bad triumphs. With this information, we are able to help and show our support when it comes to the problem at hand. Which would be advocacy we help our community and our peers by being educated on the topic and showing support so they are not alone. Strength comes in numbers so the more people that know the problem the better it is to be handled. What is the most impactful idea or concept that you have gained through the Rock Your World Curriculum (guest speakers and facilitators) about the importance of media advocacy in how this generation will create solutions to global/worldwide problems? An important concept I gained through the Rock Your World Curriculum was that we have a voice and we need to share it. Especially in this day and age, it is so easy to show our opinion on the matter at hand. Everything is a click away and we can say what we want to say and get support from others on the internet. This generation will be able to solve problems by spreading the word on social media and ways to help fix these problems. We are already using the internet to help and solve problems whether big or small and this will improve even more in the future. Apa Citations:Campbell, S.
