From what I have learned from the Malthusian Flux and if it is still in our modern world, I would say that his observations were and are largely valid. What Malthus essentially said was that gains in productivity and production would lead to an increase in population and those gains would then be shared by more thus not actually leading to any real improvement for the average individual. Humanity has been able to flourish with geological deposits of stored coal, oil, and gas, to do our modern bidding. We learned to dig for minerals, fish, create rivers with greater dams and canals. In countless ways, we have not gotten more for less but rather more for more. From this, our population has only been growing, but with growing population, comes with more death. Disease and war is at a high stake around the world causing problems for everyone involved. Innocent soldiers are dying with no cause, families are torn apart, the country slowly falls as their citizens fall into what seems as an endless war.
