The Industrial Revolution had many positive effects. Among those was an increase in wealth, the production of goods, and the standard of living. People had access to healthier diets, better housing, and cheaper goods. In addition, education increased during the Industrial Revolution. So as you can see, this actually helped "no poverty" and poorer people seen an increase in wealth, health, and well being. We can also look back at past things and see what problems there were and what caused it and we can use that knowledge today to come up with ways to solve it. It is just like trial and error.
