Many leadership skills are needed to address and execute both the big picture and the small picture. For example communication, determination, problem-solving, and commitment are traits of a leader that are required to become one. More skills are needed, but I feel like those are the basic ones. Having verbal communication skills is very useful because it allows you to talk amongst others and work as one unit instead of working individually. Determination is another skill needed because if we aren’t determined to want to lead our community, then our community won’t change. Being determined to become a leader is a key thing because it shows deeply what kind of person you are or if you are lazy. In addition to determination, problem solving is superior because if one solution doesn’t work then replanning to come up with another one is extremely useful and helpful.
