I do believe that the world is a victim of the Malthusian flux. This is mainly because the biggest problems around the world are all around the idea of not enough resources. Topics such as hunger, housing, oil, the ocean, and so many others. All of these problems are because of humans and also the amount of humans there are. It's not that there are a lot of humans but that there are a lot of humans that really want control of resources for themselves for money and power. When people stop realizing the importance of the resources and just about how much money you can get from it is when we have a problem.
In our Kahiau project of hunger here in Hawaiʻi, one of the reasons why this is a problem is because there are too many people on the islands for the islands to feed us. There is a lack of resources which lead to the people who arenʻt as wealthy as others to suffer from problems such as this. Also the problem of housing is because of the same reason. Since we do live on an island there is only so much you can build. Since more and more people want to move here companies try to build more and more houses but there isn't enough space so it costs more money. This leads to the less fortunate people having to live without a house because they can't afford one.
