Explain how (In what ways) was the Treaty of Versailles the most important political document of the 20th Century?
The treaty of Versailles happened in June of 1919. Itʻs considered as the most important political document of the 20th Century because it helped stop WWI. It was a treaty that brought peace among many and saved many lives. The treaty required Germany to disarm, make ample territorial concessions, and pay reparations to certain countries that had formed the Entente powers. How it happened was that the peace document was signed at the end of World War I by the Allied and associated powers and by Germany in the Hall of Mirrors in the Palace of Versailles and France. How did the Treaty of Versailles set up the world for War the 2nd time and explain how the treaty impacted geography & especially the Pacific & Hawaiʻi? Treaty of Versailles set up the world for War the 2nd time by impacting many areas, especially and personally the Pacific Islands. Being in the middle of the Pacific, weʻve basically become a pit stop. We are great for being exactly in the middle to get in contact with those around us, but itʻs also very easy to become a target, which we have. All our innocent people of Hawaii are forever in danger but we have no say in it. We were illegally overthrown and our lands were taken and occupied basically as a testing stop.

Did the world learn the lesson of the War to End all Wars? Where/How do we see the impacts of the The Great War in our Kahiau Project today?
Apparently we have not learned the lesson of the War to End All Wars because our government and society in general somehow finds a way to put us in more trouble, for example, the supposed World War III with Iran and having arguments within the community about nonsense stuff. We can see the impacts of these things such as The Great War in our Kahiau projects because these things cost many to lose their lives and homes as well leaving them with nothing. Although these wars caused a great growth in New Resources, New Energies, and even a Scientific Revolution & Inventions, these wars once again caused many losts and fails. Those who took part in those wars did suffer much greatness and some are living without homes leaving it to effect our Kahiau Project of poverty and all the growth in New technology is as well leaving some without homes due to the costs. Do you agree that modern world is indeed a victim of the Malthusian Flux? If so, explain How? If not, explain why? I believe that the modern world is indeed a victim of the Malthusian Flux. The Malthusian Flux talks about overpopulations and the supply of the land being fixed and that this supply is small relative to the population. When talking about the Malthusian Flux, it comes across as changing lifestyles to fit the population and to keep it small. The Malthusian Flux applied very well to countries in Europe where these conditions were met. On the other hand, I feel like we in modern-day have forgotten much about it and paid the Malthusian Flux no mind. A big few people have large families and seeing how the population has grown, really shows that it doesn’t affect the modern world very much. It did affect their time, but currently, as we progress in time and technology, we grow and so does our species. Hawaii is a clear example of overpopulation throughout the years noticing the growth in poverty and growth in homes built on this island. |
