Our UN Development goal is clean water and sanitation. Just like my last vlog the topic does not really affect my goal. Guns, Germs & Steel were used to dominate other places. Germs could have a small contribution to this goal. When outsiders came to New Guinea they brought germs which made the native people sick. And ultimately killed a lot of natives there. The water could have been used to dump the bodies in and let them rot which causes the water to be polluted. If anything water was used in these civilizations for their agricultural needs. In today's society we have all been affected by the coronavirus. Just like the Westerners, the virus has spread to every place around the world. Everywhere you go you can see people with their mask on. Some people are dying because of it and some places are not. Just watching the news you will probably see at least one story on the coronavirus. Scientists all over the world are trying to find a cure for the virus. Not only Hawaii but almost everywhere else, a social distancing plan has been put into place. This is to help reduce the spread of the virus. This means that you can’t go out as much anymore.
