Germany was forced to pay up for the things they have done. And it ended up in Germany having a poor economy and weak government. If the Treaty of Versailles didn’t punish Germany so hard then Hitler would have never come in and say “I can fix all of it.” If all of the nations included paid for a little of it and Germany paid a little bit more than they wouldn’t have had a poor economy in the first place. Ending up in Hitler never becoming popular and not starting WW2. He would have still been arrested and kept in jail. It was such a bad time he gave hope to people and that's why people liked what he was saying. The advancement of technology because of WWI was another step to make our issue of clean water and sanitation even worse. If technology during war times wasn’t so heavily used then no one would have tried to make advancements. There would still be pollution in the world but a lot less than we have now. The thirty meter telescope was planned to be built on Mauna Kea. This was another big technological advancement that was being made. Everyday new technology is being made for good and bad. Sometimes it can help out the water. Sometimes it can pollute the water even more. Chris Smith Last updated: 10 November 2018 - 8.56am. (n.d.). World War One I communications technology.
